SPARC TEAMS is a range of experiential workshops in areas such as: Finding Your Unique Value (Purpose in Life/Passions), Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, High Performance Teams, Innovation & Creativity and many others. Included are also the necessary career transition workshops to assist you in obtaining full-time employment, if that is what you desire. And, at the end of every month or after every team project you will obtain feedback in the form of a peer review (a 360°) so you can discover your strengths and work on challenge areas.
3. WORK TRIAL OPPORTUNITIES -- COME AND WORK with PASSION
SPARC TEAMS is where people work in teams based on their personal passions, skills and areas of expertise. Work is done on real projects from organisations who can offer some type of value for the results achieved (barter, money, SPARC TEAMS points, etc.). We work with all types of organisations on short or long term projects from marketing, sales, event production and research to entrepreneurial initiatives, technology and communications.

SPARC TEAMS programmes can be paid fully in cash or in a combination of cash + our other non-monetary value exchange system we affectionally call SPARC TEAMS Points.
SPARC TEAMS Points can be earned by making a difference in your community, supporting SPARC TEAMS members, supporting SPARC TEAMS partners or providing us with products and services we need to run our business effectively. The items range from donating or buying from charity shops and community volunteering to computers, office equipment and consulting services (legal, HR, marketing, technical, etc.).
