S.P.A.R.C Successful People Accessing Remarkable Careers

Sparc's activities provide benefit to individuals living in or near Bristol who are unemployed or are in employment which isn't fulfilling or promoting their potential. We provide people from all walks of life with guidance, assistance and opportunities to create value, to be valued, and to live passionately.

Every Sparc Teams offering is aimed to motivate and support our clients to:
'Turn On Your Potential'.
Our Workshops and Coaching provide them the empowering support they need BEFORE they turn to writing their CV ~ We help our members discover and re-ignite their passions - what they LIKE doing - first and foremost, and we also provide a series of exciting opportunities in which they can Create Value and Be Valued as part of a team.

WALK YOUR TALK.. & ENJOY THE JOURNEY

SPARC IS: GREEN We do as much as we can to reduce our impact on the planet. From cleaning up the community space we rent to using Fairtrade tea & coffee in the office - we recycle and re-use our office paper aeroplanes, and drink the tasty Bristolian water that comes through our taps.

SPARC IS: KEEN TO LEARN Learning is really important to us. That's what keeps us ticking. We know we're all students in the story of Life and are continually seeking to support one another in being the very best we can be. We acknowledge it's often difficult to see how our behaviours and actions increase or decrease our likelihood of success. We support each other fully and are champions for the growth and development of everyone who joins the team. This also gives us an excuse to gather for lively conversation and sharing of thought provoking ideas - in the local cafes, pubs and centres right at the heart of the community.

SPARC IS: ALL ABOUT COMMUNITY We're a Community Interest Company ~ Here to benefit our whole Community through our Offerings and Services in the best way we possibly can.  Absolutely everything we do goes through the Sparc Filter ~ Does it help people Turn On Their Potential? If Yes, then we work together to make it happen.

SPARC IS: REINVESTMENT Any surplus Sparc makes in future (we're on a tight budget right now) will be used for improving and expanding the range of SPARC TEAMS service offerings to individuals and the community. For example, we're always looking to increase the range and frequency of workshops and coaching sessions as well as improving SPARC TEAMS tools and facilities.

SPARC IS: LISTENING We encourage and are open to all kinds of suggestions and feedback ~ Open communication keeps us fresh & up to date and gives us the ability to both Change & Make Change Happen. Let us know your suggestions and thoughts.
