Sparc Teams is a Community Interest Company based in Bristol and Sparc stands for Successful People Accessing Remarkable Careers. We work with unemployed and underemployed individuals to give them the time and opportunity to discover their passions, develop new skills, enhance their confidence, and gain direction towards a more fulfilled life. Our Mission is to turn on the potential of every individual through a community orientated, holistic approach to solving the problems of unemployment. Our comprehensive programme has been specifically designed to work with the entire person and tackle the wider issues that face the unemployed, and we aim to break the cycle of underachievement that exists in those without work. We have developed a comprehensive range of solutions which resolve each issue for the individual within the wider community framework. These include; one to one guidance, training, workshops, volunteering opportunities and social events for those who are unemployed or looking to change career. All aim to empower each individual to find meaningful employment and be the best that they can be. The community is at the heart of our work and so we aspire to work with all individuals regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or age. We are dedicated to supporting those who need it most - delivering a positive outcome for Sparc members, employers, communities and the Government. |
