THREE MAIN COMPONENTS OF SPARC

1. COME TO LEARN & DISCOVER -- IDENTIFY YOUR PASSIONS AND WHAT YOU LOVE DOING TO BE TRULY SUCCESSFUL
SPARC is a range of experiential workshops in areas such as: Finding Your Unique Value (Purpose in Life/Passions), Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, High Performance Teams, Innovation & Creativity and many others. Included are also the necessary career transition workshops to assist you in obtaining full-time employment, if that is what you desire. And, at the end of every month or after every team project you will obtain feedback in the form of a peer review (a 360°) so you can discover your strengths and work on challenge areas.

1. AN OPPORTUNITY to CREATE VALUE & BE VALUED -- COME AND WORK ON REAL PROJECTS
SPARC is where people work in teams based on their personal passions, skills and areas of expertise. Work is done on real projects from organisations who can offer some type of value for the results achieved (barter, money, SPARC points, etc.). We work with all types of organisations on short or long term projects from marketing, sales, event production and research to entrepreneurial initiatives, technology and communications. See our FAQ's for more detailed information on SPARC Team Projects.

3. REVITALIZE! A NEARLY NEW BUSINESS WEAR & ACCESSORIES BOUTIQUE -- CLEAR UP YOUR CLOSETS, GET SOME MONEY BACK
SPARC is a place for people to go to find affordable presentable clothing and accessories for an interview or for a job. Look great, feel great.
It is also a place where you can receive some money back for your nice business clothing which you no longer need and offer someone else an opportunity to increase their self-esteem for a job interview.
